Shipping + Store Policy

We ship every day except for Sundays.  Delays may occur due to inclement weather or holidays.  

Returns and cancellations: 

• We ship everyday but, if you need to cancel an order, please let us know immediately or before midnight. Send us an email at cancellationgencoretail@gmail.com

• If you are not satisfied with the product and need to return it. All returns must be within 14 days (except weekends) upon arrival. AFTER 14 DAYS ALL PRODUCTS WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE FINAL SALE. 
• For returns to be approved, it has to be unused.

• Final sale products are final, no returns, no money back.  

 

What to do if an item arrives damaged?
